Give your trust to your employees upfront and then if they don’t deserve it, you strip it from them. Please, don’t waste your time having your employees “earning your trust” because you’ll never understand if they’re capable.

That's why I left the corporate world to start my own company giving online dating advice to guys.     What do you mean when you say, “if you’ve ever bought of 5 dollar Starbucks coffee, you’re soft.” On the surface I understand where your coming from, but I’m not sure if there is an underlying meaning or direction you’re pushing.

Pumping out prank videos two times a week and it’s the most fun I’ve had in my life ! Thanks for the help on finding what we’re meant to do! We have a prank video dropping tonight and it’s a banger !   4. Gary is 100 percent spot-on with this, and I hope it's not egotistical to claim that I do the very same thing. Heck, sometimes I think it might come off as apathy or a lack or urgency to others, but really it's me sitting back and seeing what my team will do under the pretense that I've actually taught them what to do. I'll never know if they learned the tactic or technique or process unless I let them do it without me being all up in their grill. Don't get me wrong: management is still "the art of reminding," but there is a ton of power and peace in knowing you have a team that can do it without you.

  7. Yeah sure “no fear” since you don’t feel the impact of paying a intern or x y z a position for 6-12 months while they trip over the proverbial bungee cord whilst the company has money to burn. The “above and beyond” rope theory creates perfect willingly overworked slave/cult company culture. At the end of the day only a few call the shots, best believe those higher ups are controlled la maximum. I call bullshit.

  8. This is something I definitely want to work on. Trusting others is a lot harder skill than it sounds. But I know I will grow more mature and allow more people to be trusted and allow them to decide if they deserve it or don't.

  9. omfg , Gary is telling the same fucking situation i'm just living right now .. i'm a curious person , i like to know everything , if learnt well i execute perfectly … but some motherfuckers ain't letting me to get my chance … their ego is so high that they think they can manipulate everything .. but i don't like wrong stuff to be primary objectifs .. gary you are a god

  10. I completely agree, and also why would you hire someone who you didn’t think was capable of doing the job you hire them to do in the first place? Also you need to know your people, learn their strengths and weaknesses so everybody can have their place in the team and you don’t set them to fail
