  1. I put my egocentric ex managers up on a pin board who'd I worked with in the past. I look at them, and they spur me on; the message don't go back to open employment because its fucking worse than being an entrepreneur. Being an entrepreneur means dealing with people; not dealing with smoke screens such as management who are only interested in abusing your self worth.

  2. I have never had a bad day since I became an 'trep. A lot of so-so days and some hard times but never a bad day. A couple of tense days and one really scary day! (can't talk about it though, according to the settlement 😉

    Entrepreneurship is super lonely, and I second guess and beat myself up aaaall the time, but I wouldn't have it any other way…

  4. Lol I remember this question.  Awesome answer…just puts things into perspective.  Entrepreneurship is about growing and learning about yourself as a person as much as growing a business
